Aurora 3D Printing offers Goods, Services, and manufacturing of designs whether supplied by us or by you 'the customer' through this Website. In order to use the services provided on the Aurora 3D Printing website, you need to be of legal age to make a binding contract.

ORDERING PROCESS

If ordering through our online store, please select your products and visit checkout: To order one of our services you first upload your file on our website; Once the model has been checked for manufacturability by our team you will be offered a quote and have the ability to pay by direct bank transfer or via a link through our payment provider.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service without notice. In regards to prop making, we will print replica nonfiring firearms in its raw un-painted disassembled form - please see https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/firearms for more information

PAYMENT AND PRICE

The price offered to you during the quoting process

The price displayed during the quoting process is inclusive: manufacturing, labour consumables and shipping when applicable. Aurora 3D Printing Co reserves the right to change its prices without notice.
Payment must be made in full and received by Aurora 3D Printing Co before production commences. Payments are to be made exclusively through the Website, other methods of payment will need to be agreed before commencing of production.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The average time required to produce your prop/part is all dependent on size, quantities, and other variables. ESTIMATES and NOT GUARANTEED.
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the purchase or collected by you 'the customer'. Aurora 3D Printing Co is not liable for any delay, damage or cost caused by the delay in shipping or delivery. However, shipping is insured.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As the products are printed/created based on your requirements, there is no right to return, or the possibility of canceling your order after the purchase has been completed.
Upon delivery of the parts, we expect you to thoroughly examine the product/products. If upon inspection you feel the product does not conform with the order you should contact us within 48 hours after your receipt of the product.

STL files supplied by you are expected to meet a minimum requirement to enable 3D printing. Defects/Flaws in 3D images can be repaired (if possible) for a fee (discussed at the tie of discovery). We are not responsible for the design of the product and we will not accept returns.

Please DO NOT return products without having received an explicit request from Aurora 3D Printing to do so.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND NON DISCLOSURES

If you're an Inventor, business and want to discuss a product, process, concept or invention we're more than happy to sign an NDA.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All information and content obtained through the Website are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Aurora 3D Printing will not be liable to any user or third parties for any direct damages, lost profits, contracts, business opportunities, loss of income, revenue, data, time or goodwill.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extents permitted by UK law.
Under no circumstances, Aurora 3D Printing can be held liable for any product defects which have been requested and analysed during the quotation phase.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

By submitting orders you consent to the processing of your personal data such as name, e-mail address and contact details in order for Aurora 3D Printing to process your purchase.
Aurora 3D Printing will use your data to improve products and services as outlined in our Privacy policy
